The
demand for this group of highly trained specialists resulted
in the opening of a private practice office across from
St. Bernardine Medical Center in 1991. Future demand expanded
the practice into locations in Redlands, Banning, Riverside,
Moreno Valley, and Hemet. New physicians joined the group
with varying sub specialty expertise and Arrowhead Orthopaedics
became the predominant orthopaedic group serving the Inland
Counties area.
As the practice of medical care changed with the insurgence of HMOs and capitated contracts, Arrowhead Orthopaedics was a leader in developing quality sub-specialty orthopaedic care in an efficient and responsive manner, thereby maintaining the dignity of the patient while creating efficiencies the market demanded.
