From
inception, the founders stressed the value and need
to have sub-specialty orthopaedic training. As the exclusive
orthopaedic group charged with overseeing the County
of San Bernardino's emergency
and trauma services at the Arrowhead Regional Medical
Center, the group grew in reputation and expertise.
Included in the county responsibilities were administering,
overseeing, and instructing the orthopaedic interns and
residents.
