Here at
Arrowhead Orthopaedics we are continuing to look for
ways to improve service for our patients. We have
implemented a telephone appointment reminder system (HouseCalls).
This system
will provide you with the courtesy of a timely,
efficient reminder of your next appointment.
HouseCalls
will call you two days prior to your appointment to
remind you of the date and time of your appointment. You
will also be able to either confirm or cancel your
appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing
one of the following keys anytime during the message:
Press
the 1 Key
to confirm your appointment
Press the 2 Key
to replay this message
Press the 3 Key
to cancel your appointment
If you are
unavailable when the call is made, and have a voicemail
or answering machine, the system will leave you a brief
message.
