Jason Chan, MD

Dr. Jason Chan was raised in Torrance, California. After graduating high school, he attended the University of California, Berkley and graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Molecular Toxicology in 2009. He received his MD from University of Michigan Medical School in 2017. Postdoctoral training included Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, followed by Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine.
