Matthew Nguyen, MD

Dr. Matthew Nguyen is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in upper extremity. Dr. Nguyen earned his medical degree from Northwestern followed by a residency at University of Illinois. He then completed his fellowship at Philadelphia hand to shoulder center. Dr. Nguyen chose to specialize in hand surgery because he believes hands are a critical way to enjoy hobbies, perform daily essential activities, and for our careers. To help people getting back to do what they love and their livelihood is the most gratifying thing to me. In his free time Dr. Nguyen enjoys trail running, going to the gym, playing tennis and playing the piano and ukulele.
