Kelsey Layne, PA-C, was born and raised in Southern California. Being an AVID athlete, she competed in multiple sports throughout her high school and collegiate career. Unfortunately, she suffered many sports-related injuries, though this did result in the development of interest in Orthopedics.  

She graduated from the University of California, Riverside, in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. After graduation, Kelsey worked as an EMT, an EMT Skills Instructor, and an ED Scribe before moving to Arizona to attend Northern Arizona University’s Physician Assistant Program. She completed the program with honors and an Outstanding Community Service Award.
